IMPORTANT DATES
As they have been, the following meeting dates are required. Please be at each meeting on time with your team notebook.

Friday, June 16th – 6:30pm-8:30pm @ KOPP HOUSE

PARENTS COME @ 7:45pm
Prayer, music, planning, packing, evangelism, announcements.

Sunday, June 25th – All afternoon meeting @ CHURCH

Music practice, guidelines, planning, brainstorming, etc.

Thursday, July 6th – 6:30pm-8:30pm @ KOPP HOUSE

PARENTS COME @ 7:45pm
Final planning, rules, jobs working, evangelism, ideas, packing

Saturday, July 15th – 6:15am @ CHURCH 6:45am @ Lovell Rd. Burger King

DEPARTURE (You must be there at this time)

Saturday, July 22nd – 10:30pm @ CHURCH

WEEKLY REQUIREMENTS
Accountability Form Turned In

• Devotions (at least 5 per week)
• Prayer Time with Parents (at least 1 per week)
• 3/4 Attendance at Services
• Sermon Notes (One statement in box)
• Parents signature on the form

PROJECTS
By the Trip

• Verses memorized
• Visitation (7x)
• (include T.E.A.M. Teen Blitzes must be with a teen outing)
• Your Reactions are Showing read & statements
• Extra Evangelism Reading
• 1 Friend Visitor Invited to Youth Group

REQUIREMENT CHECKPOINTS

• May 7 – 1/4 projects done
• June 4 – 2/4 projects done
• July 2 – 3/4 projects done
• July 16 – 4/4 projects done

You pick which one you do, but you must stay up on schedule.
