How to Share your Faith

Giving the gospel one-on-one will be a major part of our trip. We will take tracts with us everywhere we go, and you need to plan on sharing your faith as often as you can find opportunity. Listed below is an adaptation of WDJD as presented by The Way of the Master Ministries. We learn it and use it as a tool for us to know how best to share our faith.

START WITH LIFE

How’s it going? What do you do for a living? Do you live in the city?

Who are you? What is your favorite sight in NYC? Hi!

SWING TO THE SPIRITUAL- (gotta get here)

“Did you get one of these?” “Have a Christian background?”

“I’m on a church trip up here to NY, we came to share our faith”

“I’ve been thinking a lot recently about 10 commandments…”

STICK THE LAW

“We are learning about what others believe and how to share our faith…. “

“Would you consider yourself a good person?”

“Do you think you’ve kept the 10 commandments?”

SEEK THEIR SOULS

“If God were to JUDGE you by this standard, would you be innocent or guilty?”

DESTINY– “Would you go to heaven or hell?”

Repent = (Turn from your sins) Trust = (faith in Christ’s sacrifice)
